To Yang resin regeneration after 30 min, off inlet valve, pump, acid into acid valve, open the backwashing water inlet valve, alkaline pump, valve into the base, to 5 m/s, 200 l/h for Yin resin regeneration, clean with reverse osmosis water production of Yang resin, liquid level to maintain the column in the resin layer on the surface of 10 cm, regeneration of 30 min.
Fold replacement, lipid, rinse
The pump, the base valve, the water valve, the upper and lower water to replace the resin, cleaning.
After 30min, the water inlet valve, backwash water inlet valve, the center valve, open reverse drain valve, inlet valve, exhaust valve, pressure 0.1~ 0.15mpa, air volume 2~3m3/(m2· min), mixed resin 0.5~ 5min.
Turn off the drain valve and inlet valve and settle for 1~ 2min.
Open the water valve, wash the discharge valve, adjust the exhaust valve, and fill the air in the column without air, close the air valve and flush the resin.
When the electrical conductivity reaches the requirement, open the water valve, close the drain valve and start making water.
