Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a water treatment technology combining traditional active sludge biological treatment process and physical filtration process. It replaces the secondary sedimentation tank with the Membrane component, maintains the high active sludge concentration in the bioreactor, reduces the occupation area of sewage treatment facilities, and reduces the amount of sludge by keeping the low sludge load.

(5) the double-pipe aeration design is ingenious, which can clean the aeration pores every day to avoid sludge blockage.
The plate type MBR treatment of coal chemical wastewater has the advantages of good effluent quality, high flux, no pollution and long chemical cleaning cycle. In the operation mode, it can be cleaned by intermittent aeration to reduce the transmembrane pressure difference (TMP) and extend the operation cycle.
