Ultrafiltration membranes are widely used in industrial applications, such as separation, concentration, and purification of biological products, pharmaceutical products, and food industries; they are also used as terminal treatment devices in blood treatment, wastewater treatment, and ultrapure water preparation. Ultrafiltration membranes are generally immersed in a protective liquid for sealing and storage before use to prevent shrinkage of the wet membrane after dehydration, the membrane pores become smaller, the membrane structure is destroyed, and the water flux is reduced. The following is a brief introduction to the two preservation methods of the ultrafiltration membrane.
1. Short-term storage: If the ultrafiltration membrane is suspended (less than 10 days), the ultrafiltration membrane should be backwashed once. Add 15ppm (ml / L) of HY-240 bactericide to the backwash water and then ultrafilter The inlet valve, discharge valve and regulating valve of the membrane are closed to maintain the sealing and sterilization of the ultrafiltration membrane.
2. Long-term storage: If the ultrafiltration membrane is stopped for a long period of time (more than 10 days), first sterilize and backwash the ultrafiltration membrane, then inject HY-310 protective solution into the ultrafiltration membrane and seal it.
3. The ultrafiltration membrane element must be kept in a dark place at all times. The storage temperature should not exceed 35 ° C, and direct sunlight should be avoided. After storing the water, it should be properly added with drugs or periodically washed.
