How do reverse osmosis filter systems work?

Jan 24, 2018

The basic working principle of reverse osmosis is to apply the special high-pressure water pump to add the raw water to 6-20 kg of pressure, so that the original water can infiltrate through the reverse osmosis membrane of 0.0001 micron under pressure.

Chemical ions and bacteria, fungi, and visions cannot be passed, with effluent discharged, only water molecules and solvents that are less than 0.0001 micron are allowed to pass.

The security filter is equipped with a filter core of 5 mu m.

These filters filter out particles larger than 5 mu m.

Advantages of reverse osmosis:

Continuous operation of product quality stability.

You don't have to regenerate the acid base.

Save the recoil cleaning water.

High yield and ultra-pure water (99% yield)

Acid base reserve acid-base dilution transport facilities.

Reduce shop floor area.

Use safety and reliability to avoid contact with acid base.

Reduce operation and maintenance.

Simple installation and low installation cost.
