Classification of wastewater in wastewater treatment

Dec 27, 2019

There are many methods for treating wastewater, and they can be generally classified into physical, chemical and biological methods.

wastewater treatment plants: Some people surveyed more than 100 large treatment plants, and there were more serious problems, such as insufficient funds, high costs, and low efficiency. The general efficiency was less than 70%, and the low was only 40%.

wastewater treatment costs and energy consumption: basically high energy consumption \ low efficiency.

In 2013, urban wastewater discharge has become the main source of pollution for urban water in China. The treatment of wastewater is the top priority of current and future urban water conservation and urban water environmental protection. This requires us to construct the wastewater treatment facilities. Grabbing it as an important part of urban infrastructure is an urgent matter.

With the development of science and technology, the direct utilization of wastewater has become possible. The wastewater source heat pump system is used to utilize the city's original wastewater.

The so-called primary wastewater is the direct discharge of untreated domestic or industrial wastewater in the city. The current utilization method is to directly enter the wastewater source heat pump system for heat exchange and heat the indoor cooling of urban buildings while consuming a small amount of electricity. There are several technical difficulties to be overcome in wastewater reuse: clogging, corrosion, and heat transfer efficiency.

The wastewater source heat pump system is composed of a wastewater heat exchanger and a wastewater source heat pump. The city's native wastewater directly enters the wastewater heat exchanger for heat exchange, and the heat exchanged is transferred by the heat pump inside the wastewater source heat pump to the room.

The reuse of urban primary wastewater has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection, and no pollution.
