Analysis - thin film micro porous filtration (MF) in pure water system

The micro porous membrane filtration system is the terminal treatment of pure water system, and is the later protection device of pure water system.

There are three methods: deep filtration, screen filtration and exterior filtration.

Deep filtration is a matrix made of woven fiber or tightness material, using sui adsorption or capture method to retain particles, such as commonly used multi-media filtration or sand filtration;

Deep filtration is a more economical method, which can remove more than 98% of the suspended solids, and protect the dirty purification units together without being blocked. Therefore, it is usually pretreated.

When the solution is filtered membrane, the larger particles in the filter membrane will be left behind and deposited on the surface of the filter, such as the commonly used PP fiber filtration.

Surface filtration can remove more than 99.9% suspended solids, so it can also be used as pretreatment or clarification.

Mesh structure of the membrane filter is basically consistent, like a sieve, usually will be bigger than the diameter of particles, in appearance (the measurement of the membrane filter hole is very accurate), such as ultrapure water machine terminal use with some security filter;

Sieve mesh filtration is usually put in the final application of the purification system to remove the residual trace resin, carbon, colloid and microorganism.
